Key Responsibilities

• Utilize MS-Excel and Google Suite (G Suite) to maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Manage accounting tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and financial record-keeping.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written English to effectively communicate with team members and external partners.
• Utilize MS-Office to create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Implement and streamline office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
