Administration Internship

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Intern in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to provide support to our team.

• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing reports and presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and make reservations.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with office equipment and software applications.
• Experience working in an IT Services & Consulting environment is preferred.
