Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Managing documentation and filing systems. Handling general office tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence. Office Operations: Overseeing the smooth running of office operations. Maintaining office supplies and equipment. Ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Managing office equipment and facilities. Communication and Coordination: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responding to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Taking meeting minutes and transcribing notes. Organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Other Potential Duties: Assisting in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
