Job Summary:

The Plant Tour Executive will be responsible for coordinating, hosting, and executing plant tours for visitors, clients, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, client handling capabilities, and the ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations that explain the manufacturing processes and operational excellence of TKM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct plant tours for clients, dealers, students, government bodies, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and ensure a seamless and professional tour experience.
  • Prepare high-quality

    PowerPoint presentations (PPTs)

    that clearly explain TKMs manufacturing processes, safety standards, operational systems, and product highlights.
  • Deliver presentations confidently to diverse audiences and address queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather updated information, videos, visuals, and technical details for presentations.
  • Manage visitor schedules, approvals, logistics, and safety briefing requirements before the tour.
  • Ensure adherence to plant safety rules and escort visitors throughout the tour.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor data, feedback, and tour reports.
  • Support corporate communication activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives as needed.
  • Continuously improve tour content, presentation material, and visitor experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer engagement, corporate communication, hospitality, or technical presentation roles (preferred).
  • Experience in the automobile/manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
