Role & responsibilities Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes. Maintain records of import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients for shipment tracking and documentation. Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee records maintenance, and payroll assistance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, trade laws, and company policies. Handle communication with government agencies, customs, and regulatory bodies. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed. Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events. Payment Follow-ups - through calls and physical meetings Requires travelling to other cities Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an import/export or trading company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
