Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Coordinate facility management activities including maintenance requests and vendor coordination. Handle travel arrangements for staff members through hotel bookings and transportation services. End to End Travel Booking (Ticket booking, Visa, Passport, hotel booking) Provide support in organizing events by coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution. Perform general office administration duties like data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports.
