Job Description

Role: Admin Executive (Contractual )

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and housekeeping.
  • Maintain documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Handle courier, mail, visitor management, and front desk support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and service requirements.
  • Assist with meeting room arrangements and event coordination.
  • Support HR with onboarding formalities and administrative tasks.
  • Track office inventory and ensure timely procurement.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude

Qualification

  • Graduate (Any discipline)
