Job Description
Day-to-Day School Management/Office Administration at Central Level
Ensure smooth functioning of all the daily operations and office administration at the central levelAct as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Operation Managers and be the second level of escalation for all campuses.Conduct periodic inspection visits at all the schools and ensure availability for extended hours when necessary.Schools Event Management
Supervise the entire event, from initial arrangements till successful execution and completionFacility Management
Sucessfully leads the planning and execution of all local teams and their sub divisions to ensure all facilities are of an exemplary standardsGALC
Oversee & execution all GALC activities & co-ordination with each school stake holder.GAGM
Execution of all GAGM activities & co-ordination with each school stake holder under the guidance of VPPrinting, Stationery & Uniforms Vendor
Coordinate with the central team to ensure the distribution of School AFC Curriculum, Workbooks, ID Cards, and Uniforms to all schools in accordance with guidelines, while also updating MIS.Event Management
Support and oversee the successful execution of events at all school levels.Transport Related
Support and oversee the transport vendors' adherence to SOPs.Compliances
Ensure diligent adherence to protocols and processes at all school levels.MIS Reports
Responsible for collating all the MIS reports at central level and submitting the same to AGM Ops.Ensure all the Admin / Operations MIS are prepared & maintained by Admin dept.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
