Job Description: Front Desk & Admin cum HR – Real Estate / Builder Firm

· Position: Front Desk & Admin cum HR

· Location: TRG The Mall Site Office ( Greater Noida West)

· Experience: 1–4 years (Real Estate preferred)

· Industry: Real Estate / Builder / Construction

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Front Desk Management

· Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and channel partners with a professional attitude.

· Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a positive ambience.

· Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and route them to the concerned department.

· Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.

· Ensure smooth coordination with clients during site visits or meetings.

2. Administration

· Maintain office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping inventory.

· Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and purchases.

· Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas.

· Manage courier, mail handling, and office documentation.

· Assist management in day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.

3. HR Support

· Assist in recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and onboarding formalities.

· Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily reporting sheets.

· Support HR policies implementation and coordinate with teams for compliance.

· Handle joining kits, ID cards, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.

· Conduct orientation for new joiners and ensure smooth induction process.

· Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

· Provide support during events, meetings, and site activities.

· Ensure confidentiality of all HR and company-related documents.

Skills & Competencies Required

· Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

· Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to handle pressure and maintain discipline at the front desk.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
