1. Travel Desk Management 2.To verify or process the bills related related to telephone exchange and travelling etc. 3. Events Management 4. To be responsible for guest house, canteen and hotel bookings 5. To arrange accommodation for guests and visitors 6. To be responsible for amendments in rent agreements of guest house and hotels 7. To indent the material as per requirement . Desired Candidate Profile : Must have basic knowledge of MS office Must have work experience in similar profile Qualification - Any Diploma or Graduate Preference will be given to the local candidates. Languages - English & Hindi.
