Admin Manager – StartWell (Mumbai) About StartWell: StartWell provides fresh, nutritionist-designed vegetarian meals for school children. We partner with schools to build healthier eating habits through homely, balanced tiffin meals. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations at StartWell. The ideal candidate will handle basic paperwork, coordination across teams, light design tasks, and communication with our partner schools and transport vendors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize office paperwork, files, and digital records Coordinate with school administrators, transporters, and delivery staff for smooth daily operations Handle basic customer communication (calls, WhatsApp, or email follow-ups) Support the management team with scheduling, documentation, and reports Assist in creating simple design collaterals (Canva/PowerPoint for notices, labels, flyers, etc.) Track and update operational data in Excel/Google Sheets Ensure clear communication between kitchen, delivery, and school teams Requirements: Graduate (any stream) 1–3 years of experience preferred Good communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic Canva or similar tools Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Prior experience in school coordination, hospitality, or food operations is a plus Work Details: Location: Turbhe, Mumbai Timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Salary: ₹18,000–₹24,000/month (based on experience)
