Essential Duties and Responsibilities Office Management: Oversee daily operations, facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security. Manage office supplies and procurement. Vendor Management: Handle vendor contracts, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain quality standards. Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel, accommodations, and local transport. Maintain expense records as per company policy. Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, managing logistics, catering, and other requirements. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain administrative records. Transportation Management: Maintain vehicle records, oversee insurance, and ensure proper utilization and maintenance. Asset Management: Keep asset inventory updated and ensure effective utilization and upkeep. Team Coordination: Lead the administrative team, provide training, and ensure smooth operations. Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the administrative budget, optimizing costs where possible.
