About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Admin Executive

to handle

shipping-related tasks, record-keeping, and real-time updates

. The ideal candidate should be

organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data and scheduling logistics

. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and work closely with our teams.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping Coordination

:
  • Generate shipping labels and process orders efficiently
  • Book schedules and coordinate shipments with logistics providers
  • Update shipping status to ensure smooth tracking

Data Maintenance & Record Keeping

:
  • Maintain accurate shipping and order records
  • Track shipments and send real-time updates to customers
  • Assist in inventory management and order tracking

Collaboration

:
  • Work closely with the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless order processing
  • Support internal teams with shipping-related administrative tasks

Requirements

Education

: No specific degree required—any background (Bachelors) is welcome.

Skills

: Basic

computer skills, data entry, and record-keeping

.

Soft Skills

: Strong

attention to detail, communication, and coordination

.

Availability

: Open to work in

CST (US) time zone (Night shift)
