Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive with a minimum of one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions. Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner as required Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary and maintain inventory levels. Manage all the company assets and their security and Camera reports management Should have good exposure in General Management, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Cafeteria Management, Housekeeping, security management and Transport management. Identify, develop a reliable vendor base and develop alternate suppliers for procurement of materials and services. Handle day to day operation of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Google Suite Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Any Graduate as an Administrative Executive. Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload .
