Job Description

The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day office activities and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The role includes maintaining office stock such as stationery and consumables, managing employee uniforms, issuing and tracking ID cards, and coordinating the printing and distribution of visiting cards. The candidate will also handle bill collection, verification, and processing while maintaining proper documentation and coordinating with the accounts department for timely payments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, managing files, coordinating with vendors, and providing administrative support to all departments as required. The candidate should be open to traveling to different locations for admin-related work whenever needed. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, basic knowledge of MS Office, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
