Please see the following position summary: Client Name: Subsidiary of the American MNC Position: Admin Executive / Front Desk Executive Department: HR Location: Vadodara Job Profile: Assists in HR activities like: interview co-ordination, on boarding new employees, training programs, workshops, organising corporate events. Great & welcoming Guest / Clients & Visitors warmly with a smile & professional tone. Ensure proper coordination for VIP guests and executives. Assist in travel booking, hotel accommodation, transportation etc. Assist in booking Corporate Meeting Rooms, Conference Hall etc. Coordinate with housekeeping staff for daily cleaning schedules. Ensure meeting rooms are clean, well-equipped, and ready before use. Ensure daily cleaning of workstations, conference rooms, and common areas. Coordinate with catering for tea, coffee, or meal services when required. Liaise with housekeeping, IT, and facility management teams for office maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with external vendors for office services. Maintain records, files, and databases related to front office operations. Coordinate with vendors for decorations, seating, and hospitality arrangements. Collaborates with multiple departments for smooth operations. Desired Profile: Any Graduate Female candidate with 1 to 5 years experience in a Front Office / Receptionist / Administrative role preferably from Corporate environments. Friendly & welcoming attitude to create a positive impression. Ability to handle guests, clients, and employees professionally. Strong sense of hospitality and guest management. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Ensure smooth office operations and workflow. Basic knowledge of office administration. Maintain a neat and professional appearance. Adhere to corporate etiquette and confidentiality policies. Awareness of cultural sensitivities when dealing with global clients. Ability to Handle Pressure Gracefully Quick thinking to resolve conflicts professionally. Professional & Friendly Attitude Excellent Communication & Customer Service Fluency in English and local language (additional languages are a plus).
