Admin Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring daily complaints received for medical and non-medical equipments, UPS, batteries, and checking distilled water levels in batteries, AC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your role will involve communicating with the corporate office, following up with companies for rectification, and confirming with the branches. Additionally, you will provide administrative assistance by managing internal and external communications and responding to telephone inquiries from each branch. You will also be responsible for expense validation, liaison with PCB, Image, Corporation/Municipality/Village/Panchayath for licenses, and ensuring the collection of documents for Rental and Service agreement. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily complaints for medical and non-medical equipment, UPS, batteries, AC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Communicate with corporate office and follow up with companies for rectification - Manage internal and external communications and respond to telephone inquiries from each branch - Validate expenses by verifying expense bills, checking authenticity, and recommending further approval - Liaise with PCB, Image, Corporation/Municipality/Village/Panchayath for licenses - Ensure collection of documents for Rental and Service agreement and timely renewal - Conduct branch visits to monitor cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and F2 cash verification - Conduct periodic audits of assets at branch locations to guarantee record accuracy - Implement standardized procedures for asset verification, transfer documentation, updating of branch and cluster asset register, and minimizing discrepancies including numbering of new assets Qualifications Required: - Full-time job availability - Experience in monitoring equipment and facilities - Strong communication and administrative skills - Ability to validate expenses and liaise with external parties - Knowledge of asset management and auditing procedures Please note that the benefits include Provident Fund, and the work location is in person.,
