Coordinating office events and activities. Greeting visitors and managing reception area. Collaborating with different departments to coordinate tasks and projects. Providing administrative support to senior management. Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and customer service skills Preferred candidate profile only female candidates with excellent in Chinese (Read, Write and speak) especially from Delhi University
