This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and Facility management of the organisation. Skills : Computer knowledge MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook). Excellent English, Hindi and Marathi Language. Inward-Outward of Material, (SEZ preference). Key Responsibilities : Handling of employee transportation. Transport Roster preparation. Knowledge of facility and maintenance. Monitoring on HK and SG work, mostly in night shift. Quotation collection, Bills and document filings. Inward outward of material (SEZ process). Access control, EPABX and ESSL system handling. Monitoring of Staff Security, Housekeeping and Vendors Repair & maintenance. Outdoor work Bank activities, Purchase of admin material Filing Quarterly/ Annually SEC Handling of Access Control System EPABX, ESSL and etc. system.
