Job Description

Hiring: Office & Dispatch Coordinator/ Admin (Back Office Job)

Daily AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) calling and follow-ups
Knowledge Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word for creating letters, reports, and formatted documents.
Scheduling and coordinating technician visits
Providing customer support for service-related queries
Managing parts inventory, including in/out tracking and stock updates
Handling customer interactions and ensuring timely resolutions
Maintaining proper documentation and filing of service records
Coordinating service schedules with technicians
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports
Ensuring timely billing and payment follow-ups
Coordinating with vendors for parts procurement
Maintaining service request logs and ensuring timely closure
Coordinating with vendors for parts and services
Managing office correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
Maintaining service records and logs
Tracking service requests and ensuring timely closure
Ensuring smooth communication between service team and customers
Monitoring staff attendance and preparing reports
Maintaining compliance with company policies
Monitoring and updating warranty & contract details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
