We are seeking a poised, professional, and customer-centric Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring smooth daily operations at our front office. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a hospitality environment. Extend a warm and courteous welcome to all clients, visitors, and guests. Manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring the reception area remains organized, well-presented, and fully equipped with necessary materials. Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain accurate visitor logs, manage walk-ins, and oversee daily attendance records of staff. Support day-to-day branch activities and ensure timely coordination of meetings and appointments. Maintain organized filing systems, records, and essential documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates, contributing to a welcoming and service-driven environment. Manage general administrative duties and contribute to creating a positive office culture.
