Job Title: CNC Milling & Turning Operator – Siemens Controller Location: Balanagar Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience & skill) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Operator and programer skilled in Turning operations using Siemens CNC Controllers. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle setup, operation, and basic program adjustments for precision parts manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC turning machines with Siemens CNC control system Set tools, workpieces, and fixtures as per job requirements Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints Perform basic edits and offsets on Siemens-controlled machines Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in CNC Milling and Turning with Siemens controller Good understanding of machine setup, offsets, and basic G-code/M-code knowledge Knowledge of tool life monitoring and cutting parameters Preferred Skills: Experience with Siemens 828D control systems Ability to work independently or in a team Strong understanding of measurement and tolerance Willing to work in rotational shifts or overtime if needed Work Hours Rotational shifts or general shift, depending on company policy
