JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior works. Monitor labor, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and maintain workmanship quality. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the project manager. Manage site resources, including materials, tools, and equipment. Verify measurements and assist with quantity estimation for billing and material orders. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free worksite. Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients for smooth workflow and issue resolution. Identify and resolve site challenges or technical issues promptly. Ensure proper installation of interior elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishes. Check and approve the quality of materials delivered to the site. Plan work schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to the management team. Ensure final finishing works are completed to client satisfaction before handover.
