Job Title: Inventory Managing Assistant Job Summary: The Inventory Managing Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of inventory control by maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with inventory audits, tracking stock movements, and ensuring proper storage and organization of materials or products. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and preventing stock discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Assist with receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock. Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies to management. Perform regular inventory counts and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory databases and records. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely stock replenishment. Support the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.
