Create compelling proposals and closing the sales deal with direct advertisers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility. Sell various advertisement options including banners, native advertising, branded content, and sponsorship ads. Generate new ideas for seasonal sales campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities. Update media kits and create customized marketing packages for clients. Prepare sample advertisements to showcase the potential value for clients. Communicate and negotiate effectively, employing psychological deal framing techniques when necessary. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the business fundamentals and industry trends related to the crypto industry. Skills : Excellent business analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and networking abilities. Established network and should have contacts of crypto projects. Proficient in various communication modes such as Email, Telegram, and Discord. Familiarity with key advertising metrics and terms like CPM, CPC, and Display Selling. Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
