Roles and Responsibilities Analyze patterns in client and market behavior, understand category-specific landscapes and trends, identify selling possibilities, evaluate client needs, and subsequently execute strategies to consistently optimize the business Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-ins, follow up with existing clients and other forums. Negotiate/ close deals, facilitate documents requirement and ensure proper handover to the operations team. Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Increasing the volume market share. Developing clients (existing & potential) for Business Growth. Work on Daily missing report and continues follow up till closer Honesty with team and transparency with customers. Help with new creative ideas for business growth & sales revenues. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients Handle clients concerns, if any Desired Candidate Profile Must have a broad understanding of the local market Understanding of Sales Number & need of Customer Ability to conduct research and analyze data-driven insights. Have an in-depth knowledge of the business product as well as standard strategic, Competitive activities Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, which are necessary for creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
