Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer issue management and architectural designs. - Propose enhancements to the NMS to ensure it remains competitive and meets evolving customer needs.Required Skills - 15+ years of experience in system architecture, with a strong focus on Network Management Systems within the mobility domain.- Extensive experience working in customer-facing roles, ideally in the telecom or network equipment provider industries.- Solid understanding of mobility networks (e.g., 2G,3G,4G LTE, 5G ) and their management systems.- Programming language proficiency in Java/J2EE, Knowledge in NMS protocols (NBAPI, CORBA, SNMP etc). Experienced in ServiceMix, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Springboot, Microservices, Database (SQL).
