Responsibilities Interacting with global clients to understand actuarial needs and translating them into actionable insights. Leading or contributing to actuarial modeling, valuation, and experience studies across life insurance products (annuity, term, retirement, etc.). Developing and validating actuarial models using software like GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, Polysystems, Prophet, etc. Performing testing including UAT, regression, unit testing, and model validation. Driving automation and process improvements in actuarial workflows. Coaching and mentoring team members; support skill development and knowledge sharing. Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics or related fields. 2–6 years of experience in life insurance actuarial roles (modeling/valuation/experience studies). Progress towards actuarial designation from SoA, IFoA or IAI (Associate preferred). Hands-on experience with actuarial software (GGY AXIS, MG-ALFA, Polysystems, Prophet). Exposure to US life insurance and regulatory frameworks like PBR, US GAAP LDTI. Strong technical acumen in VBA, SQL/Python/R (desirable).
