This position will be provided various document files (PDF, WORD, EXCEL) with the task of creating new records within company database system and inputting property-specific details into our internal investment form. Applicant will also provide periodic progress reports and communicate regularly with the Acquisitions team. Additional tasks of obtaining market information, real estate investment details. Create new database records in company database system by inputting data from provided sources Evaluate assets with regards to the company s underwriting standards. Digitally store and organise due diligence. Check existing database for any update Provide weekly progress reports and regularly communicate with the Acquisitions Analyst All other duties as assigned Should have experience on working with financial data and have excellent attention to detail skills. Analytical thinker with research proficiencies as well as advance excel knowledge should be more preferable.
