Job Title: Acquisition Manager - Digital Sales Location: Pune Experience: 0-5 Years (Freshers can apply) Age Limit: Maximum 28 years Job Role & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a good understanding of clients with an entry point. Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to engage with corporate clients for Digital Banking solutions. Cross-sell bank products to the assigned set of mapped customers. Manage clients' investment and insurance requirements effectively. Educate customers about new banking products and enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship. Collaborate with other group companies to create awareness about bank products among employees. Provide value-added banking services beyond customer expectations to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive records of assigned customer accounts. Expand the banking relationship by penetrating group/family accounts of existing mapped customers. Track and resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely turnaround for customer satisfaction. Preferred Candidate Profile: 0-5 years of experience in Banking Sales (Freshers are welcome to apply). Strong communication and presentation skills.
