Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospects, partners, and corporate clients. Explain our services: group health insurance, wellness plans, family benefit packages, etc. Convert leads generated from marketing & partner channels. Maintain follow-up calls, reminders, and daily call logs. Understand client requirements and route qualified leads to the sales team. Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain CRM entries and update customer statuses regularly. Support in onboarding new partners, agents, and corporate clients. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 0–3 years of telecalling / customer support / inside sales experience. Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus). Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections. Basic understanding of insurance or health plans is an advantage. Good computer & CRM handling skills.
