You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.

    Roles & Responsibilities As part of these, you will drive the following

  • Strategic Leadership :Act as a senior UKG solution architect and delivery leader, overseeing end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and related platforms across multiple geographies.


  • Solution Governance Define and enforce best practices for UKG configuration, customization, and architecture, ensuring scalable and sustainable deployments.


  • Functional Expertise Lead configuration and optimization of UKG Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.


  • Client Engagement Serve as a senior advisor during design sessions, requirement workshops, and demos. Guide clients through solution design, implementation, and change management.


  • Program Oversight :Manage multiple delivery workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence across transformation programs.


  • Innovation & Enhancement :Drive continuous improvement and innovation in UKG implementations, leveraging analytics and automation to enhance workforce outcomes.


  • Practice Development :Spearhead practice-level initiatives such as reusable asset creation, industry research, and development of thought leadership in workforce management.


  • Pre-Sales Leadership :Lead strategic pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.


  • Mentorship & Capability Building :Mentor delivery managers and consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and building domain capabilities across the team.

  • Stakeholder Management :Engage with senior client stakeholders to resolve risks, align expectations, and ensure delivery success.

    Skills:


  • Domain Mastery :10+ years of hands-on experience in UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, and UKG Analytics. Exposure to UKG Ready is a plus.


  • Delivery Excellence Proven track record of managing complex, high-paced UKG transformation programs across diverse industries and geographies.


  • Strategic Analysis :Advanced business analysis skills with a focus on redesigning workforce management processes to address operational bottlenecks.


  • Integration Expertise :Deep understanding of UKG frameworks and integration with internal/external systems.


  • Certifications :UKG certifications in one or more solution areas (Dimensions, Pro, Analytics) preferred.


  • Communication & Influence :Strong executive presence with excellent oral and written communication skills, including stakeholder presentations and client demos.


  • Transformation Experience :Successfully led 10+ workforce management transformation programs with measurable business impact.

  • Additional Information
  • Advanced understanding of UKG Dimensions, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.

  • Ability to learn and apply business analysis skills:Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning workforce management processes.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • At least 5+ workforce management transformation programs delivered .
