Job Description

Job Title:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic Accounts Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and gain hands-on experience in daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
Prepare and maintain accounting records, vouchers, and financial documentation.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Update spreadsheets, financial reports, and maintain accuracy of data.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and documentation.
Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related activities.

Education Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Freshers can apply.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Knowledge of Tally / ERP software is an added advantage.

Key Competencies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
