Job Title: Accounts Support Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Preferred Candidates: Male - ONLY
Education: 12th Commerce / B.Com graduate. (Tally Software knowledge Mandatory)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience using Tally software (basic to intermediate level). Internships with Tally Software Experience will be considered.

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview

The Account Support Executive will be responsible for implementing Tally software at corporate client locations, providing hands-on training to client staff, and offering ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support Tally Software implementation at client offices.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for client teams on Tally features and workflows.
• Provide post-implementation support to resolve queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Visit client locations across the city as per schedule (bike required).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain documentation of client visits, training sessions, and support activities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Required:

• Should be comfortable with travelling within the city on a bike.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
