Accounts Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the finance team.

* Review and verify vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments prepared by accounts staff.

* Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records accurately.

* Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.

* Prepare monthly financial statements** like P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports.

* Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance are properly maintained.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups with vendors and customers.

* Coordinate stock audits, inventory checks, and maintain asset registers.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.

* Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

* Guide and train junior accounting staff and review their work.

* Resolve accounting discrepancies and implement internal controls.

* Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Requirements

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

* Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory role.

* Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or other accounting software.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLookup, formulas).

* Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
