Job Description: E-commerce Reconciliation
E-commerce Channel Management: Lead the resolution of e-commerce issues, ensuring
timely preparation of reports, accurate reconciliation, and precise expensevalidation.
Quick-eCommerce Operations: Manage Quick-eCommerce activities by addressing
operational challenges, generating reports, performing reconciliations, andverifying expense claims efficiently.
Financial Services Handling: Oversee dealer finance, bill discounting,
factoring, and customer finance operations to streamline cash flow and supportbusiness objectives.
MSME Compliance: Oversee the timely and accurate filing of MSME-1 reports,
ensuring full regulatory compliance.
TDS and TCS Management: Monitor TDS and TCS compliance by addressing
discrepancies and mitigating risks to ensure strict adherence to taxregulations.
Reconciliation Activities: Conduct meticulous reconciliation of TDS and TCS
accounts to ensure transparency and financial accuracy.
GST Compliance Follow-up: Proactively manage GST compliance by following up
with non-filers and correcting inaccuracies to minimize penalties.
ERP Implementation for Accounting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
implement ERP systems that align with accounting requirements and enhanceoperational efficiency.
Credit and Debit Note Approvals: Review and approve credit and debit notes with
a focus on ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accuracy.
Stock Returns Management: Supervise and guide teams in the efficient handling
of stock returns processes.
