Description Key Responsibilities: Works with more complex customers to process payments. Prepares statements of accounts for customers. Answers basic and complex customer inquiries. Prepares analysis of accounts. Conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements. Prepares month end reporting. Participates in and/or leads projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Experience Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
