We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Collections Analyst to join our global finance team at Eptura. As a Sr. Collections Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Eptura s accounts receivable process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquencies, while providing strategic insights to drive process improvements and enhance overall financial performance. Responsibilitie s: Client and Internal Partnerships : Partner with clients and internal departments to resolve queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt payment. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and customer interactions. Customer Account Analysis : Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquent payments and potential collections issues. Customer Contact : Reach out via phone, email, or written correspondence to address payment discrepancies and resolve outstanding balances. Payment Negotiations : Negotiate payment arrangements to ensure timely collections of outstanding debts. Ad-Hoc Reporting : Generate reports as requested by management to provide strategic insights. Account Reconciliation : Perform account reconciliation as required. Customer Self-Service Portals : Maintain and ensure customer portals are up-to-date. Handle Other Ad Hoc Revenue Duties : Assist with additional revenue-related tasks as needed. About you : Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Extensive Experience: Proven experience in credit and collections, particularly in managing complex accounts. Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills with high proficiency in English; comfortable interacting at all levels with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive and Independent: Self-starter who can work independently, creatively, and conscientiously. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide strategic insights. Personable and Collaborative: Upbeat and personable, willing to contribute ideas and work effectively with an international team. Advanced Accounting Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
