Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and reminders.

Track and update the status of outstanding payments in the accounting or ERP system.

Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, short payments, and billing issues in coordination with the sales and billing teams.

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communication with customers.

Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable Aging Reports to identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure smooth collection processes.
