Accounts Receivable Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Assist Accounts Receivable Team in researching customer inquiries and requests. - Aid Accountants in bank reconciliation processes to ensure accurate accounting and prompt resolution of discrepancies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. - Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for streamlining processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of ERP environments; experience with Workday Financials is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior experience in a Shared Services Center, particularly supporting a Technology company, is preferred.
