Raise valid clarifications before posting an invoice Reconcile processed work by verifying entries Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities Escalate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase order, contract, invoice, and documentation Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
