The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organisation. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. A typical Accounts Payable job also highlights the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. What youll do Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance. Audit and processing of payment vouchers for the services received from sub-tier vendor company. Validate invoices of Service Providers and Solve discrepancies if any. Prepare and do analysis of audit reports for the services received from sub-tier vendors and payment reconciliation along with finding reasons for delay in payments from grassroots level. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Audit and processing business related expenses incurred by Collabera Office Staff employees in their normal day to day work. Tracking of deductions to be made from the payments to vendors while releasing payments. What You’ll Need Exceptional interpersonal skills; communications skills - specifically written and oral Bachelor’s degree in commerce Excellent analytical skills Attention to detail and organizational skills evident in the preparation of accurate weekly and monthly reports within tight deadlines. Good understanding of general accounting procedures. Bonus Points If Ability to meet deadlines. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
