Designation Account Payable Executive 2 Experience Min. 4 TO 7 Years of Experience 3 Department Account Payable 4 CTC 25 K TO 50 K CTC 5 Gender Male 6 Location Mehsana ( Jornag) 7 Industry Manufacturing /Industrial 8 Functional Area / Specialization Debtors/Account Collection 9Qualification A Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred10Key skills 10.01Good convincing power, Communication skills, Data Anaylsis, Good in Excel formulas 11Job Description 11.01Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records 11.02Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization 11.03Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables 11.04Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes 11.05Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment 11.06Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner 11.07Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures 11.08Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment 11.09Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files 11.10Type periodic reports and other records11.11Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments 11.12Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers 11.13Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures 11.14Reconcile bank statements 11.15Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping 11.16Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendor Interview Date ; 10th to 13th June 2025 Interview Time :; 10 to 3:30 PM Interview Location: Aeron Composite Ltd. 309, Dev Arc Commercial Complex, Iscon Cross Roads, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Ramdev Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015 Apply Now:Send your updated resume to careers@aeroncomposite.com / WHATS UP 9825803858 Note: The interview will be conducted face-to-face only.
