The Offshore AP Temp will support the Accounts Payable function by processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. This role is ideal for an experienced AP professional who can quickly adapt to existing systems and procedures to help manage invoice volume during peak periods, ERP system and staffing transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies.
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper three-way matching.
Review invoices for appropriate coding, approvals, and compliance with internal controls.
Enter invoice data into the companys ERP system (SAP).
Collaborate with onshore accounting and procurement teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
Experience working with
SAP
, more specifically
S4/Hana
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle high-volume processing.
Strong
communication skills
in English, both written and verbal.

Assignment Details

Hours:
Alignment with U.S. time zone preferred or partial overlap required.
Start Date:
Immediate / As soon as possible.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience supporting U.S.-based accounting operations.
Familiarity with invoice automation tools (e.g., Vendor Invoice Management within S4/Hana)
High sense of ownership, reliability, and confidentiality.
