We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - GST Who checks following categories mismatches: • Addittion in PR • GSTIN Mismatches • Value Mismatches • Addition in 2B Responsibilities: GST Reconciliation: Identify and resolve discrepancies in GST data, including mismatches in invoices Ensure accurate and timely matching of purchase and sales data with GST portal data. Maintain proper documentation and records of all reconciliation activities. Compliance & Reporting: Generate and analyze GST reports for management review. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to GST reconciliation processes and procedures. To perform on followig VBA utilities: • Bulk emails to vendors • Create muliple sheets as per Vendor list Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure smooth and efficient GST operations. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of data to find discrepancies, and patterns related to GST. Utilize data analysis tools to improve accuracy. Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com 4-5 years of experience in GST reconciliation and compliance, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency in using GST portal and related software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP systems SAP. Experience with advanced excel functions. Preferred Qualifications:
