About Us:

Kalaakari Couture is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand known for its creative craftsmanship and premium designs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage and oversee our company’s daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the management team with timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Prepare and process GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgeting activities.
• Maintain petty cash records and prepare expense statements.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Support management with financial planning and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.
