Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record all payment receipts in a timely manner.
Ensure correct deposit of admission fees, installments, and other payments.
Monitor and track key financial metrics regularly; generate and submit related reports.
Clear any pending transactions using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methodology.
Ensure timely and accurate fee deposits (cash, cheques, DDs) into the bank.
Manage Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs), ensuring timely deposit and accurate accounting.
Perform daily cash reconciliation between physical cash, accounting records, and bank deposits.
Address student and parent queries related to payments or receipts.
Coordinate with Head Office in Delhi regarding new programs, admission tests, offers, and schemes.
Assist with assigned administrative and operational duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
14 years of experience in accounting, cash handling, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, sincerity, and commitment.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective relationships across departments.
