Accounts Manager/ Senior Accounts Executive

1. General Accounting & Financial Reporting: Maintain and ensure accuracy in the general accounting process. Review and approve monthly journal entries and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Handle intercompany transactions and dispute resolution.Ensure proper accounting for foreign exchange transactions in financial statements. 2. Reconciliations & Compliance: Perform balance sheet reconciliations (fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, current assets, and liabilities). Approve and validate reconciliations related to accruals, prepaid expenses, and cash. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Sales Tax, and Service Tax regulations. Handle bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in group company settlements. 3. Fixed Assets & Taxation: Manage the fixed assets accounting cycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and retirement. Ensure proper amortization of prepayments. Prepare and validate GST returns, TDS calculations, and tax filings. 4. Transaction Processing & Reporting: Record purchase and sales entries in Tally ERP 9. Prepare sales invoices and maintain proper documentation.Conduct payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections. Process employee salaries and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. Prepare financial reports and quotations as required. 5. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives for better efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and management. Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights for business decisions. Prepare Sales Invoice in Tally ERP 9, Bank reconciliation, Sales Tax, Services Tax, TDS, Payment follow-up with client, Preparing Quotation, Salary Process, Reconciliation and reporting, GST.
