Job Summary

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls for the Visakhapatnam location. The role requires strong expertise in accounting standards, coordination with auditors, financial analysis, and team management.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle GST returns, TDS returns, and annual filings.
• Liaise with statutory and internal auditors for audits.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget vs actual.
• Control and analyze expenses to improve profitability.
• Assist in cost accounting for plant operations and logistics.

4. Vendor & Customer Management

• Oversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and credit terms.
• Monitor customer accounts, collections, and outstanding management.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and billing as per company policies.

5. ERP & Process Improvements

• Manage and update accounting data in ERP systems.
• Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

6. Team Management

• Lead and mentor the accounting team at the plant/location.
• Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide training on processes, compliance, and ERP usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing, mining, minerals, or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Statutory Compliance, Audits.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end accounting.

Salary Range

As per SGX company standards (usually based on experience and current CTC).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
