Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager, based in Amritsar. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and overseeing budgets. Other key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supervising accounting staff, and collaborating with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial accounting, account reconciliation, and ledger management
• Ability to oversee and manage budgets, financial planning, and analysis
• Knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a CPA or relevant certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
